Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Before we ship, we’ll contact you to confirm all the details.

Shipping Services
By default, we ship via national postal services (USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, etc.) — this means your order will be delivered by your country’s state postal operator.

If you'd prefer a different courier (like DHL or FedEx), please contact us before ordering. Alternative shipping may be faster, but additional charges will likely apply.

Shipping Cost
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees.

Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You’ll be able to follow the parcel until delivery.

Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier and let us know. Keep all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

All import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover any fees charged during or after delivery by your country’s customs.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item. It must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact. Custom-made pieces and swatches are non-returnable.

Please email us before sending anything back — we’ll guide you through the next steps to avoid extra customs fees.

Please note: Any signs of wear, including foreign odors like tobacco or perfume, will make the item ineligible for return.

Shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee may apply. Refunds are processed once we inspect the item and confirm it’s in original condition.
