Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you don’t see your country on the list, just contact our manager — we’ll work it out.

What is the delivery time?

On average, delivery takes about 14–16 days.

Which carrier do you use?

We usually ship through your country’s state postal service.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs typically range between $25 and $60, depending on destination.

Will I need to pay duties or taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes in their country. If a package is refused, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and VAT costs.

My payment didn’t go through — what now?

Please check with your bank, or try again later. If the issue persists, reach out to our manager.

What if my size is out of stock?

No problem — contact our manager. We’ll check availability or arrange to order your size.

Does adding an item to my cart mean it’s reserved?

Not yet. We confirm availability after our manager contact you. Adding to your cart doesn’t guarantee the item.

How can I find the right size?

We’re here to help — send us your height, chest, and waist measurements. You can also use our size guide.

How do I know I’ll get the right product?

Once you place an order, we’ll confirm your size by email (check your spam folder too). We’ll send a photo of the actual jacket in your size and answer any questions before shipping.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

What does returning an item cost?

  • Sheepskin — light and very soft.
Do you offer repairs or replacements?

What should I do if my jacket gets wet?

Let it dry naturally in a cool, dry place — no heat, no covering.
